Overall Condition is: VERY GOOD
Very thick rag covers. About 44 pages (Were it paginated) Cover has 3 nice , stamped designs, some of the pages are evenly ruled ; others have finer divisions for practice spacing of lower case letters and portions of letters. The first 3/4 of book are filled with practice copying of flourishing, decoratie penmanship. The only dates are apparently copied dates 1815 & 1816. However, at the end of the book there is a genuine letter written with no thought to handwriting style, never sernt, or a first draft. This is undated; but between the early and skillful practice, and thes later use of the book, there are sections that look as if some one were making a draft of a brief legal document, and one of these is dated 1821. Except for age-browning of covers, veru good for age,very goof plus of better.
