Pale green cloth boards, with pink lettering on the spine, shows very little wear. The dust jacket has some shelf wear with a small tear, taped at the top spine. The text is clean and intact, the binding is tight. This is the first examination of New Jersey's experience and success in regulating Atlantic City casinos. Front end page has small pencil notations top right hand corner.
