Boards: impressed title on cover, gilt title on spine, The Coming of Jap Herron , in which the author relates the laborious collaboration between Lola V. Hayes, a medium, herself (a psychic investigator), and the spirit of Mark Twain that produced a Novel Written from the Ouija Board . Hutchings relates Twain's message, as channeled through Mrs. Hayes in the psychical society's record for 1911, that he had carried with him much valuable literary material which he yearned to send back and would so do if she found the right person to sit with her at the Ouija Board. Ms. Hutchings, being from Hannibal, was who the dead author was waiting for. She cites Twain's spirit, that: Every scribe here wants a pencil on earth . A fascinating record. Book has general shelf wear, hinges cracked, age toned pages, else, fine.
