Overall Condition is: FAIR+
History of the police department of the city of New York, and the policing of same for the past 100 years. Also an account of my travels through Eurpoe and America, Visting all of the largest cities, covering some 65 thousand miles as a police propagandist. With reminiscences of the past 40 years, 32 pages of illustrations, and 10 pages of reproduction of historical letters and much other interesting information touching on an' appertaining to this history. Nice clean bright copy but top spine edge has one closed tear and two rubed spots, realitively minor. Pictorial cover. Previous owner's name inside front cover, very small. Black and white photo illustrations. Binding is slightly loose. Pages are slightly discolored.
