Lots of rub spots and shelf wear at edges. Spine reads in moderatly faded gilt lettering over red dye square: Thacher's New Dispensatory. Spine is creased. Front cover has small hole in leather exposing board and is bowed slightly upward. Inside front cover is spotted, has four lines of pencil writing of measurment conversions.
