Overall Condition is: VERY GOOD
Slight rub spots and wear at corners. Gilt lettering on spine. Book plate inside front cover, right page edges are deckeled. Pages are a bit discolored but very clean, binding is good. Analysis of rural/farming communities and how the are changing in a modern world. Two introduction pages are stuck together at right edge, two table of contents pages are stuck together in same place, both as a result of the publishing process.
