The author is highly critical of the unrestrained use of shorting and explains, among other things, how predatory short selling works. Though published some 80 years ago, a book that is relevant again in the light of more modern Wall Street excesses. Chip to the cloth at the right center of the spine strip and narrow loss along the front spine edge.
