1937-1942 Signed; Green cloth boards with sun-faded spine; showing light soiling and some scratches to the cover. Wear around the edges. Gold lettering on spine. The text is soiled, papers are yellow, book is intact. Binding is tight. Inside front cover has small dealer book plate bottom left hand corner. Front end paper has author inscription - Silvan Tomkins, with best wishes Bob White also To sleep or not to sleep - that is the question in the authors hand. Text is in heavy paper with the exception of pages 309-328; Therse pages have turned brown. Discusses Hypnotic susceptibility, motivation, theory dissociation & Hypermnesia.
