Good condition. light discoloration/Age toning around edges. Slight chipping along long edge. Page was folded at one point with a large crease across the width 4 inches from top. US Army issued instructional pamphlet. These instructions pertain to the very first time the motorcycle will be started. Motorcycle came off the assembly line and were packaged. Thus they were not road tested before leaving the factory. explains how much oil to add to crankcase, using ethyl gasoline for best results, filling air cleaner oil cup etc.
