#307 out of 500 limited copies. Over 100 black & white full page (some double page) plates of buildings. Some of the plates include: The Robert Fulton Memorial, NY; Detroit Public Library, Detroit, Mich; The Minneapolis Fine Arts Museum, Minneapolis, Minn; United States Post Office, New Haven, Conn; The Perry Memorial, Put-in-Bay, OhioThe Joe Pulitzer Fountain, NY; etc. All by multiple architects. Good- condition, however, general wear, age toned pages, slight foxing, water soiling at bottom corner of each page, some of the pages are kinda stuck together so when you open some of the pages/plates have to be peeled apart. None of the water damage really effects the contents of the page (mostly the margins), page edges are worn and chipped. Unbound (as issued), bookplate on theinner front cover with the The Property of Edward Donny (I think, can't quite make it out). Oversized book, additional postage may be required.
