The book has 3/4 inch leather corners as well as leather spine with raised ribs, gold gilt lettering on the spine and top fore edge, marbled boards, deckled fore edges and color as well as B&W plates. HOwever, there is some slight shelf wear an the spine and edges, and tanned fore edges. Otherwise, terrific condition!!! Tight binding, very clean body and unmarked text. drawings by R. L. Boyer full page photos printed on heavy matte finish paper. in fine condition. Many buildings and places in Boston. The drawings give details of rooms, doorways, etc. tight, clean, unmarked, near fine condition
