No dusk jacket. 8vo color decorated border on gold cloth in paper gold slipcase, green endpapers, gold/yeelow top edge. Illustrated by Tolkien. 317 pages + map in back. 50th anniversary; BOMC stated on copyright page only. SLipcase is very good + due some rub to center of a cover, several inch thin dark line near edge. No bookplate.
