there are 6 color illustrations. All are in generally good condition, the frontispeice has a little foxing/soiling but doesn't effect the illustration. The illustration on pg 160 has a small tear in top edge but doesn't effect the illustration, else, all other illustrations are in good condition. Book has general wear, age-toned pages, soiled title pages, loose hinges/binding, rubbed cover & extremities, bumped edges, soiled cover, toop front edge a little warped, but in fair condition.
